Blake Bush, PT, DPT, earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga in 2026. He received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Middle Tennessee State University in 2023.

Blake's clinical experience and professional interests include orthopedic, vestibular/concussion, and neurologic physical therapy. He has made it his purpose to utilize the practice of physical therapy to guide patients and clients across the life span towards optimized movement and an improved quality of life.

 

Originally from Woodbury, Tennessee, Blake enjoys staying active outside the clinic. In his free time, you can find him running, weightlifting, hiking, watching Tennessee sports, and spending time with family and friends.

 

Blake has the following academic and professional accomplishments:

• Bachelor’s Degree of Exercise Science from Middle Tennessee State University in 2023

• Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from University of Tennessee Chattanooga in 2026.

• Parkinson's LSVT BIG certified in June 2026

• ACAPT National Physical Therapy Honor Society
