Bethany is the Patient Service Representative at Manchester Physical Therapy. She has 5 years of experience in front office operations, helping create a welcoming and organized environment for patients. With a focus on customer service, office coordination, and scheduling, she enjoys supporting both patients and clinic team to ensure each person has a positive experience from the moment they arrive.

 

Bethany loves seeing patients improve throughout their recovery journeys and celebrating the joy they experience as they reach their goals. She finds it rewarding to be part of a healthcare team that helps people feel supported, valued, and encouraged along the way.
