Leah Rhody, PTA, CLT joined McMinnville Physical Therapy in June of 2018. She graduated with her degree from Volunteer State Community College in Gallatin, Tennessee. Leah’s clinical rotations for her degree included pediatrics, acute rehabilitation and orthopedics. She has continued her post graduate education to achieve certification in lymphedema management. Her work experience includes National Healthcare Corporation, pediatrics at Dynamic Therapy Center, pediatric home health care through Cookeville Regional Medical Center and Smith County Schools. Leah is married to Colton Rhody and has three children, Isaac, Brody and Harper.

Leah has achieved the following academic accomplishments:
  • Associate of Applied Science, Physical Therapist Assistant from Volunteer State Community College, Gallatin, Tennessee. 
  • Graduated Cum Laude.Completed Norton School of Lymphedema Management Complete Decongestive Therapy certification course.
Continuing education courses:
  • Sensory and Motor Skill development, Orthotics, Neurological Disorders, Lymphedema and Lipedema management
  • Member of the American Physical Therapy Association

Leah’s Vision: 
To aid her patients in increasing function and mobility, allowing them to have a better quality of life. Also to continue in expanding her knowledge base making her the best therapist that she can be.
